Our luxury cushions come in two standard sizes: 50x50cm or 45x45cm, depending on the style of cushion. We'd suggest reviewing the individual cushion or cushion cover product listings for further details on sizing, with each product's size being found in the product description. For our cushion sets, they will arrive in the same size unless specified in the listing.
We don't recommend machine washing our luxury cushions as well as our feather-filled inserts. To keep them in a stunning condition for years to come, it's best to either hand-wash or dry-clean. If you'd prefer a quick freshen-up or need to remove a stain, you can use a damp cloth and mild detergent to refresh both your covers and inserts.
We have two types of luxury cushion inserts available, but typically, where you have purchased a full cushion, the insert will be feather-filled. We do, however, offer hypoallergenic luxury cushion inserts for our covers upon request. To order these, please contact us before placing your order, and we will ensure the cushion inserts in your order are hypoallergenic microfibre.
The processing time for cushion orders is 2-3 working days, and we use Royal Mail for delivery, which can take a further 2-3 working days. We do offer a priority delivery option available for our luxury cushion covers at an additional charge, which will ensure your order reaches you sooner. Our design team is always working to introduce new luxury cushion cover designs while focusing on quality over quantity. We try to introduce new styles a few times a year; however, whilst we think there's something in our luxury cushion range to suit every taste, we're always open to suggestions, so if there are particular colours of luxury cushions that you’d like to see us introduce into our range, then please contact us via email or our Instagram.
