Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order arriving, unless falling into one of the exception categories (see below).

If your item arrives faulty, you must notify us in writing of the item's condition within 24 hours of its' arrival using our customer services contact email -

Where items are not faulty, in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase by either email or your original order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or without containing your original order number will not be accepted and can not be returned.

If the item(s) arrive faulty and we are notified as above, we will endeavour to rectify the situation with either a replacement, full or partial refund depending on the extent of the fault and customer preference. For items where a full refund is required, this will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the items back to our registered office. Camden and Co are unable to cover the cost of return postage, and the original postage costs will not be refunded. A nominal processing fee of £2.50 may be deducted from returned items at our discretion. Camden and Co are not liable for returns until they reach our returns address, and the customer is responsible for ensuring return postage is sufficiently tracked and insured.

Camden and Co are unable to accept responsibility for items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. Tracking details will be provided for all orders upon request. Wherever possible we will assist customers with queries to shipping providers regarding missing or damaged items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as soft furnishings, including all cushions and throws. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


For orders placed from outside of the UK, customs charges may apply to your order. We are not responsible for any customs payments and these are the sole responsibility of the customer.
